Texas Homeschool Magazine exists to encourage and equip homeschooling families through practical resources, meaningful stories, educational partnerships, and a shared love of lifelong learning. From curriculum and field trips to family traditions and Texas history, we’re here to help families make the most of their homeschool journey.
Our mission is to encourage, equip, and connect Texas homeschooling families by providing trusted educational resources, inspiring stories, and opportunities that strengthen learning at home while celebrating the freedom to educate with purpose.
We believe education extends far beyond textbooks. Learning happens in homes, museums, libraries, gardens, small businesses, state parks, and communities across Texas. Our goal is to help families discover those opportunities while building strong families and lifelong learners.
We believe parents have been entrusted with the responsibility of raising and educating their children. Our work is guided by biblical principles and a desire to encourage families in that calling.
We believe some of life’s greatest learning happens around the kitchen table, on family adventures, and in everyday moments. Strong families are at the heart of everything we do.
Texas families have the freedom to create an education that reflects their values, interests, and children’s unique gifts. We celebrate that freedom and the opportunities it creates.
Texas Homeschool Magazine is more than a quarterly publication.
Through our print magazine, website, digital resources, educational partnerships, and growing community, we help families discover new ideas, trusted businesses, meaningful experiences, and practical tools for homeschooling in Texas.
Whether you’re searching for curriculum, planning your next field trip, looking for encouragement, or connecting with organizations across the state, we’re building a place where homeschool families can find it all.
